A small state service flag, constructed of a red cotton rayon blended base, overlaid by central double sided white cotton discs bearing ribbed black swastikas, with the upper hoist edge of each side bearing a black and white government style German national eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, reinforced along three edges with multiple rows of machine stitching, the hoist edge reinforced with a layer of white cotton with a
