The owned vineyards fall within the Premier Cru classification (2. 5 hectares). About one hectare belongs to the "Les Hautes Chvres" parcel, a vineyard dating back to 1930 and one of the oldest in the entire Cumires terroir. The Garennes Extra Brut comes from the Pinots Meuniers harvested in 2015 from the Chambrecy
