Georgian "Faithful & Secret" Rock Crystal Heart Locket infinity knot and blue sapphiresDATE: Georgian, c. 1730 A gorgeous antique rock crystal heart locket, with white enamelling to the stylised ribbon top. Already a beautiful thing, this piece has Latin lettering on the ribbon "Fidelle Et Secret", which translates to "Faithful and Secret". Definitely a love token, maybe given to someone as a secret lover It opens to reveal a locket compartment and is crafted in 18k gold. Dates from the Georgian period, circa 1730. STONES Rock Crystal
