Glengyle Kilkerran Heavily Peated Batch 11 (700ml) Size:700ml A brilliant wine from BoissetWe use locally grown barley as much as possible, that is malted in traditional floor maltings. The malt is then dried over a peat fire. Once dry, the malt is mashed and fermented in house where we promote a longer and slower fermentation process yielding a fruitier ale, and therefore fruitier spirit.
