Badge with a four piece construction, in silver gilt with red and white enamels, the suspension bearing the coat of arms in silver gilt with red, blue and green enamels, maker marked "V. MILLERS RIGA", Latvia National Control marked and marked with a female head with the Latvian crown beside the silver purity mark of "875" on the reverse of the suspension, measuring 43. 2 mm (w) x 62 mm (h) inclusive of its coat
