After working on the house, the grounds came next, where they found ancient vines of Grenache and Vermentino. They started recuperating the vines and created this wine, which shows off with honeysuckle and cantaloupe aromas, a medium full body and more acidity than normal for the variety, given focus and structure to the palate. Perfect for intensely
