R20W26 ★ Acacia CAPACITY:50cl with the remaining 216 bottlesR20W26 Acacia offers a whisky whose rye ("R": Rye), of the Caroas variety, was harvested in 2020 ("20", harvest year) from a single plot located at the foot of Mont Aiguille. During barreling, the distillate was first aged in Cognac red wine casks, then continued its journey in new acacia wood casks, a rare wood little explored in the world of whisky. This audacious whisky reveals a complex aromatic profile where the spicy notes of rye intertwine with
