Crinum herbertii Paul Bunyan Evergreen Perennials mitt-like foliage of Sanguinaria canadensis(aka: Crinum x herbertii NW #3) Named after the giant lumberjack folk hero, Crinum 'Paul Bunyan' also is a giant, with sturdy 4' tall flower stalks topped, starting for us in mid May, with large, fragrant, white flowers, each highlighted by rosy pink central stripes, a pink throat, and bright burgundy outer keels. The 5' long, deeply channeled, glaucous green foliage is also on the giant side compared to most crinum lilies. Crinum 'Paul Bunyan' is a
