This is a blend of 40% Syrah, 40% Garnacha and 20% Carinena, fermented and aged only in stainless steel tanks, no oak. The resulting wine is pure, floral, and juicy with deep undercurrent of dark cocoa. The texture is fine grained and honest, with a food friendly snap. Perfect for grilled foods from pulpo gallego, to chicken or red meats.
