Ondarea 2022 show-white-exclusive After two years of aging100% hondarrabi zuri. Grapes were selected from several plots and harvested between October 12 and 15. After de stealing, a second selection follows. Only the free ruin juice was used to work with, the winemaker decided not to press the grapes. The fermentation with native yeasts took place in lightly toasted 500 liter French oak barrels. The wine then rested for 4 months on the lees in the same oak barrels.
