Springfield, MA Compact cast iron ticket dating press with black japanned finish and brass accented stamping head, marked "MODEL A HILLS CENTENNIAL DATER" on the front plate. The form features a spring loaded plunger handle with a rounded knob, descending onto an ink pad and internal date mechanism. Side mounted gearing and adjustment lever control the dating wheels, while the open front body allows access
