A Royal Canadian Air Force (Rcaf) Officer's Side Cap Auction Archive the reverse marked “TREBLE GILT”This cap is fabricated from a grayish blue wool with fold down flaps on either side, the flaps held up via black metal hooks that are sewn in place to the side walls of the cap, the black threading securing the hook on the left side having come away.
